In order to implement the spirit of documents such as the "Regulations on the Human Resources Market of Guangdong Province" and "Several Measures for Promoting the High Quality Development of the Human Resources Service Industry in the New Era in Guangdong Province", strengthen the standardization construction of human resources services, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the human resources service industry, under the guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Guangdong Provincial Human Resources Management Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial People's Association") takes the lead in formulating the "Classification and Evaluation Standards for Human Resources Service Institutions", which will be included in the first batch of local standard revision projects in Guangdong Province in 2022.
From September 8th to 15th, 2022, the Guangdong Provincial Human Resources Management Association organized four symposiums to solicit opinions on the local standard "Classification and Evaluation Standards for Human Resources Service Institutions" in Guangdong Province. Yang Jie, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Human Resources Management Association, and Li Yingfeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary General, attended the symposiums.
Guangzhou Waljob Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., as a member unit of Guangdong Provincial Human Resources Management Association and a participating unit in the compilation of this standard, General Manager Zhong Hua was invited to participate in this symposium, jointly contributing wisdom and strength to the introduction of local standards.
The Guangdong Provincial Human Resources Management Association will fully absorb opinions from all parties, combine industry characteristics, highlight characteristics such as specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty, and reach a consensus on standard formulation. The Provincial People's Association will continue to play the role of a bridge and link, connecting upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, jointly promoting the standardization construction of the human resources industry, using standardization as an important lever to support economic and social development, and effectively playing the leading role of local standards in the high-quality development of the human resources industry.
